I've listened the report from Business Daily called The Pain in Spain. This report was published at 11:32 Friday, 23rd April,BBC world Service.
Now let's start to discuss the problem in Spain. We try to answer the question about can Spain unions and employers reach agreement on labor reforms, which would free up its inflexible job market? We hear from Spanish students, a business leader and top manager.
First of all we try to estimate World Labor Market. Portugal, Ireland, Greece and Spain caused with great chaos in public finances. Spain has the worst jobless rate in Europe. It almost 20 %. Some jobs are good protected with few huge redundancy payments, well other temporary work has not protection at all. But it could be some hopenside. Spain largest unions is predicting an agreement may be signed with employers only forming labor laws in a next few weeks. It's hoped that measures would help more young people into the work force to find a job.
But in reality their hope finding a job is unjustified. Because there is no work in Spain for young people although there are so many foreigners working in Spain. But Spain graduaters are keep trying and they don't know what or who to blame.
What about work in a firm or in a factory. I must mention that the fact of global crisis means the recession in the economy. And once again the business leader confirm this fact. They have a lot of people but they don't have enough work to do.
I think that it is global problem and countries must solve this problem all together in order to avoid the continuation of labor recession.

Ou, it's so horrible.Unemployment people are rising.it is such a slow disease. Some 15.8 million people are now out of work in the eurozone, according to Eurostat.
Across all 27 countries that make up the EU, there are now 23 million people unemployed. In Spain unemployment is 19%, in Lithuania is 17%,in Slovakia-14%, in Latvia is 21.6%
In the pick, when the business got well, one businessman had 2000 employment people, but now the number come down to 1000. Job opportunities in Latvia have disappeared. Now for example, one woman a successful manager left job because of child birth and now she is searching for job in Internet,in newspapers, in labor exchange, asks to some friends and all of this is unsuccessful.it is an example of unprotactaple policy of the government. Government is not ready to help unemployment people. But of course some company managers help their employers to find job abroad the country for example in England, Germany and other countries. Some people have already left Latvia. They now working in the factories. They called this job boring but they haven't any other way.
All of this from the BBC Daily report.
